Nothing

After finally having caught up with so many things left undone while I was gone, it was back to the normal grind. Emphasis on grind. (But then it may be because my mind has not really left Tacloban.)

And so after doing everything I could for the day, I was left with nothing quite that significant accomplished or to accomplish. So I Googled “nothing,” and found this site on nothing.

A new blog for a new year

Why another one when I’ve got several other blogs here on Blogger and in WordPress? I don’t know. Because, I like?

Does it really matter why? Perhaps the act of blogging is the answer itself.

All summer disease…

I’m still having holiday hangovers. Perhaps because that was the first real holiday I’ve had in several years. The previous times I visited my folks, I always brought work with me (not that I wanted to) to be done during the lull between Christmas and New Year.

This time around, I still brought work with me — but mostly things I had to do online. With me sharing a dial-up connection with my sister (meaning, I could only work whenever she wasn’t using it), and the connection somewhat slow for my needs, I decided not to sweat it — working only on what had to be done immediately, like replies to email messages, etc.

And what a good thing that turned out to be. I had lots of time to just lay back and relax. So my holidays was really spent
